Very Disappointing Experience
I placed my order on 18th July, and it will be a month on 18th August, but I still have not received my order.
For the past several days, I have been trying to contact the customer service team multiple times regarding my order, but unfortunately, I have received no proper response, callback, or resolution so far.
This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. The lack of communication and customer support has made me seriously question whether this is a reliable and trustworthy website to order from.
If there is a genuine delay, the company should at least communicate clearly and provide a confirmed delivery timeline. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase the company for updates.
Very poor customer service and a highly disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend that customers be cautious before placing an order until the company improves its communication and delivery process.
