Very disappointing experience with Kalakaar India. I ordered two iPad cases, and unfortunately, both arrived damaged. I contacted their customer service immediately to request a return and refund, but I received no response or assistance. The most frustrating part is not just receiving damaged products, but the complete lack of customer support afterward. When a customer receives a defective or damaged item, the minimum expectation is that the company responds and helps resolve the issue. I have been trying to get a simple return and refund arranged, but so far there has been no proper communication from their side. Based on my experience, the after-sales service is extremely poor. I hope they resolve my issue and improve their customer service. I will update this review if and when they take appropriate action.

Too much price
Delivery takes ages and you will live in fear of when it will be delivered if at all. But they end up delivering it and you end up loving the product even more than what you saw in pictures. Takes at least a month for delivery since all products get imported so just keep that in mind

The product does not match the pictures shown. The front panel completely covers the camera, making it impossible to use properly. Additionally, the fur is falling off very quickly. Overall, this was a disappointing purchase and I would not recommend it.

Very Disappointing Experience I placed my order on 18th July, and it will be a month on 18th August, but I still have not received my order. For the past several days, I have been trying to contact the customer service team multiple times regarding my order, but unfortunately, I have received no proper response, callback, or resolution so far. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. The lack of communication and customer support has made me seriously question whether this is a reliable and trustworthy website to order from. If there is a genuine delay, the company should at least communicate clearly and provide a confirmed delivery timeline. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase the company for updates. Very poor customer service and a highly disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend that customers be cautious before placing an order until the company improves its communication and delivery process.
