Delivery takes ages and you will live in fear of when it will be delivered if at all. But they end up delivering it and you end up loving the product even more than what you saw in pictures. Takes at least a month for delivery since all products get imported so just keep that in mind

Very Disappointing Experience I placed my order on 18th July, and it will be a month on 18th August, but I still have not received my order. For the past several days, I have been trying to contact the customer service team multiple times regarding my order, but unfortunately, I have received no proper response, callback, or resolution so far. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. The lack of communication and customer support has made me seriously question whether this is a reliable and trustworthy website to order from. If there is a genuine delay, the company should at least communicate clearly and provide a confirmed delivery timeline. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase the company for updates. Very poor customer service and a highly disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend that customers be cautious before placing an order until the company improves its communication and delivery process.

The case does not fit my phone properly. I shared both photos and a video in the email clearly showing the fitting issue, but they still insisted that it was perfectly fitted. My exchange request was also not accepted. Very disappointing customer service and not a good experience overall.
