Exchange / Return Policy

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery if you encounter any of the following issues:

  • The product is defective or damaged.

  • The product is incorrectly described or does not match the item displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Exchange Conditions:

  • An opening video of the package is compulsory to raise any exchange or return request.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.

  • The original invoice must be included with the return.

  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange, as they cannot be resold.

  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Slim cases are handmade and may have slight color variations; therefore, exchange/return is not available for minor color differences.

  • For verification, we may request a video of the case and a screenshot of your phone settings to ensure the issue is not repeated.

  • Products purchased during sales/offers are not eligible for return or exchange.


Refund / Return Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are not provided. In the event of cancellation, a credit note will be issued.

  • Delivered Orders: Refunds are not applicable once the product has been delivered.

  • In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be credited via the original mode of payment within 3–7 working days.
