Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery if you encounter any of the following issues:

The product is defective or damaged.

The product is incorrectly described or does not match the item displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Exchange Conditions:

An opening video of the package is compulsory to raise any exchange or return request.

The product must be returned in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.

The original invoice must be included with the return.

Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange, as they cannot be resold.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Slim cases are handmade and may have slight color variations; therefore, exchange/return is not available for minor color differences.

For verification, we may request a video of the case and a screenshot of your phone settings to ensure the issue is not repeated.

Products purchased during sales/offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund / Return Policy

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are not provided. In the event of cancellation, a credit note will be issued.

Delivered Orders: Refunds are not applicable once the product has been delivered.

In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be credited via the original mode of payment within 3–7 working days.
